We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hotel is close to the train station, one of the main reasons we chose it. This made it very convenient for us to travel around the city. The location of the hotel is also great as it is close to many attractions in this city. We were able to easily explore and visit all the historical sights within walking distance. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The staff at the reception spoke excellent English and were very helpful in providing transport details and advice on restaurants.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with air conditioning and heating. The breakfast offered local pastries and cookies. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a non-working hairdryer and limited shelf space in the bathroom, I would still recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the main train station and within walking distance to all the major sights. We were able to easily catch a shared taxi to the airport from the train station, making our departure stress-free.
The bed was a bit hard, which made it slightly uncomfortable for sleeping.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Palermo! the location was perfect as it was really close to the central station, making it very convenient for sightseeing around the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, including an excellent hot shower. Moreover, the value for money was exceptional with breakfast included in the price.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
